Local Pickup Policy – Velvet Extensions
Local pickup is available by appointment only for customers who select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout.
Pickup Location:
Our private business suite address will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Pickup Days & Times:
• Pickup is available 1–2 designated days per week
• Time slots are 15-minute windows
• Same-day pickup is not guaranteed
Important Pickup Rules:
• Orders must be paid in full before pickup
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may need to reschedule
• No walk-ins are accepted
• No guests allowed unless approved
• Orders not picked up within 7 days will be canceled (no refund)
Velvet Extensions reserves the right to cancel local pickup privileges if policies are not followed.

🖤 WIG CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Gently detangle before washing
• Wash with sulfate-free shampoo
• Air dry or use low heat
• Avoid excessive product buildup
• Store properly when not in use
Proper care ensures longevity and continued softness.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic nature of our products.

🖤 SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 12PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST ship the next business day.
Delivery time is typically 2–4 business days after shipment.
Velvet Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
